Over the past few years there’s been a common theme that keeps coming up for me, and it’s something I keep coming back to in my coaching business and in my life.
Wayne Dyer talked about it in his teachings, and it’s come up multiple times in different ways since I first heard it.
What Dr Dyer taught was to take the focus off of being “successful”, and shift it to asking:
How can I serve?
That’s why I’m here writing this to you today. I’m asking for your help, to share with me me exactly how I can serve you.
I’m going to be completely honest with you… There have been times where I’ve lost sight of why I do what I do and instead of focusing on the impact I’m here to make, I look at the outcome – what’s in it for me.
But the truth of the matter is, YOU are why I’m here doing what I’m doing. So in the spirit of service and transparency, I want to share a bit about what’s behind it all on my end:
To be the world leader in the empowerment and awakening of women to their true potential, and through that to dramatically improve the awakening on the planet through the ripple effect created by the women I serve.
To provide the guidance, support and inspiration for women to break free from body shame, feel more confident in their skin, and realize their true potential through personalized coaching and online + in person programs, workshops and mentorship.
I spent nearly two decades of my life obsessing over my body. A part of my truly believed that if I could just lose weight all of my problems would be solved. I held myself back from doing things I loved, and I never felt confident in social situations. It wasn’t until I made the decision to start creating the life I wanted – regardless of the weight – that everything started to change. It breaks my heart to see women stuck in that place of fear and body shame, and I’m here to do all that I can to help women re-ignite their confidence, and start living the life they were meant for.
My Core Values
Respect the Individual
Commitment to Quality + Excellence
So now that you know where I’m coming from, I’ll put it out here again:
How can I serve you?
Thanks so much, love.
