It’s Sunday night on the tail end of an indulgent weekend, and you’re beating yourself up for everything you ate and drank over the last few days. 

“I’ll start again Monday” you say, thinking of everything you’re going to have to give up just to get back on track. 

It sucks! Giving up the foods you enjoy. The grueling workouts to burn off the calories for what you do eat. The daily weigh-ins that leave you feeling down on yourself for the rest of the day.  

You wish there was a way out of this cycle, but it’s been your reality for as long as you can remember.  

What if I told you there was a way to never have to “start again on Monday” – ever again?  

What if there was no such thing as even falling off the wagon? 

And no not because I have some secret to lasting weight loss. 

In fact, what I’m about to share with you has nothing to do with losing weight, and everything to do with gaining the confidence, the satisfaction, and the FREEDOM that you’re really craving.

The excitement about your next vacation is clouded with anxiety. You’re consumed with the need to lose weight before you would even dream of wearing the 2-piece that’s hiding in your underwear drawer.  

Spontaneous dinners out become a thing of the past. Or if you do go out to eat, you end up drowning in guilt (and spending the evening thinking about how to get back on track with your diet – and how many calories you’ll have to burn off to make up for the meal)  

Your sex life goes down the drain. Who wants to get naked when you’re more concerned about your belly bouncing than you are about connecting with your partner.

The key to happiness is NOT going to magically reveal itself once you find yourself in a smaller body.  

It just doesn’t work like that. Never has. Never will. 

You know deep down that dieting is not the answer. But you can’t help but be tempted by your old patterns and the ultra persuasive weight loss ads you see.

You’ve lost weight before. You’ve done the whole quick fix crash diet (more times than you can count). 

You know it's possible to do it all over again. But at the end of the day, you know deep down what you’re looking for has nothing to do with the size of your body. 

You just haven’t been able to figure it all out.

I’ve been in your shoes.

Standing in front of the mirror and zeroing in on all the things I used to despise about myself:  

My cellulite, my stretch marks, my muffin top. Every lump, bump and roll became my point of focus. 

I’d step on the scale each morning and that number would hang over my head like a dark, miserable cloud. All. Day. Long. 

Everything I ate revolved around calories, carbs, and self-imposed rules. At one point I thought I'd cracked the code, broken free from the diet mentality. but I realized I had just turned "clean eating" into yet another diet.  

It was exhausting. And I was missing out on my life.

But I found a way out. A way to redefine what freedom meant to me.
